“Moscow Mill Works No.3” Joint-Stock Company (Melkombinat No.3 JSC) has started its history since 1944, when a graded mill was brought into operation based on equipment delivered from blockaded Leningrad. The enterprise has more than half a century of uninterrupted and successful operation, traditions of unalterable high quality of products and services to its credit. In recent years, the enterprise development strategy has been providing for technical re-equipment and introduction of advanced automation systems introduction into production processes. The enterprise is equipped with production facilities manufactured by Italian firms «Golfetto», «GBS Group spa» and «Mill Service srl», a Swiss firm «Buhler AG», German firms «Fawema» and «Stambera».
An intelligent strategy, up-to-date production technologies, powerful facilities and resources, experienced and professional staff allows the works remaining competitive in the foodstuff market of the country, working with more stability and profitably for many years.
We work in professional way, fast and to the highest standard. We create optimal, mutually beneficial cooperation conditions and provide for achievement of quality features of products assigned by consumers.
The enterprise consists of the following structural divisions:
• bread flour mill;
• macaroni flour mill;
• elevator;
• finished products section;
• bulk flour storage station;
• test production-technological laboratory;
• motor transport department providing finished products transportation;
• auxiliary services
Products are produced at the enterprise under the control of the quality management and food safety system certified by Bureau Veritas Certification Rus, and in compliance with requirements of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000. For the purpose of food safety improvement, the enterprise uses Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point system (HACCP) at all production stages.
Melkombinat No.3 OJSC has been awarded with certificates of honor and awards for participation in joint events, exhibitions, quality inspections: Russian Agro-Industrial Exhibition “Golden Autumn”, “Green Week” in Berlin. Since 2002, the works are a food supplier for Moscow needs.
The works’ products were noted at international and all-Russian exhibitions, festivals and competitions. It was awarded by top awards: Grand-Prix of the International Food Competition within the framework of Worldfood exhibition, Grand-Prix of the All-Russian Quality Inspection, more than 40 medals and more than 70 commemorative diplomas.
For outstanding achievements in flour production, implementation of new technique and advanced technology, providing of high economic efficiency, Melkombinat No.3 OJSC has been repeatedly honored with a rank “Best Mill of Russia”. The works staff was awarded with a golden medal of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia “For Contribution into Development of the Agro-Industrial Complex of Russia”, Acknowledgement of the Mayor of Moscow, the highest public award in the area of food production “For Abundance and Prosperity of Russia” in the nominated category “For Contribution into Development of Food and Processing Industry of Russia”. In 2015, the Acknowledgement of the President of the Russian Federation Putin V.V. was awarded for achieved labor performances and longstanding dedicated work of the mill staff.
In 2015, the enterprise participated at Prodexpo exhibition, where it won gold medals for products: high-grade bread wheat flour, semolina “T” brand, bake mixes for sourdough and wheat bread baking.
